Craig is a highly regarded specialist in the valuation of high-value prestige properties within the City of Bayside, City of Boroondara, City of Melbourne, City of Yarra, and Shire of Mornington Peninsula.
Acting primarily for major financial institutions, property developers and private investors, Craig also specialises in feasibility analysis and valuation of medium density residential projects, particularly focussing on the inner eastern and fringe suburbs.
Craig has a strong and in-depth knowledge of student accommodation and serviced apartment markets having completed many assignments over the years. Craig also plays an active role in Rural and Regional development / lifestyle valuations along with Alpine Leasehold and Freehold assets.
Craig is s an Associate of the Australian Property Institute and a member of Charter Keck Cramer’s Board of Directors, is actively engaged in his local community sitting on the Regional Governance Committee for the Shire of Loddon, Bridgewater Recreational Committee and the Bridgewater Water Ski Club Committee. He is also actively engaged with the Mt Hotham Alpine community, sitting on the Alpine Resorts Victoria Community Committee, a Director of Hotham Heights Development Committee and Vice President of Team Hotham Winter Sports Club.
