Stewart McKenzie is a Director at Charter Keck Cramer. Stewart joined the firm in 2011 and spent 11 years specialising in the valuations of prestige residential and mixed-use projects across metropolitan Melbourne.
In 2022 Stewart transitioned into Charter Keck Cramer’s Residential Subdivision Valuation Practice Group.
His specialisation includes formal valuation reporting and analysis for a broad variety of development land and projects of varying scale, pre-project due diligence and advisory, cash flow and development feasibility analysis, established residential and mixed-use asset valuations, market rental assessments, inglobo and future development land, split contract townhouse developments, mixed-use apartment developments, margin scheme assessments and independent project review.
Stewart holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Valuation) with Honours from RMIT University and is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute.
