Steve’s expertise is within the office, industrial, retail and specialised sectors of the market. In addition, Steve is experienced in portfolio reviews; lease reviews, variations and negotiation; lease terminations, exit strategy, make good assessments and negotiation; market rent reviews and submissions to determining valuers; acquisition advice and strategy; transaction management and divestment advice; business case preparation and general property consulting advice; fit-out planning, establishment and co-ordination; as well as undertaking market research, analysis and reporting.
Steve is passionate about property and enjoys imparting advice to the next generation of professionals.
He holds a Bachelor of Business from RMIT University and a Certificate of Accelerated Business Executive Development from the Melbourne Business School. Steve is a Certified Practising Valuer and an Associate of the Australian Property Institute.
