Gavan Bourke joined Charter Keck Cramer as a Director in 1985 and has over 40 years experience valuing all types of property in both metropolitan Melbourne and country areas of Victoria and Tasmania.
He formerly worked in the State Land Tax Office (Valuer General’s Department), commercial and industrial agencies, and from 1975 with Michael Maloney, specialising in compulsory acquisition for power and water authorities.
Gavan is Senior Consultant of the firm’s Litigation practice group.
