Clint Jellis joined Charter Keck Cramer in February 1998 and has since gained extensive experience across a broad range of property sectors. Clint’s technical background is in valuations, having previously been a member of the firm’s Industrial Practice Group before joining the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) & Private Equity business units in 2002 and then being made a Director of the firm in 2007.
Charter is an independent, multi-disciplined firm, utilising its knowledge and expertise in all areas of the property cycle through its core business units of Corporate Real Estate, Research and Urban Economics, Development and Project Management, Land and Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, and 11 Specialist Valuation practice groups.
Charter’s Corporate Real Estate business unit provides independent strategic property advice in the planning and management of operational real estate. We have vast experience working with public and private companies, Government and statutory bodies and not-for-profit organisations. We combine research, innovation and accuracy to provide strategic solutions to complex property issues, investment and development projects.
