Bennett Wulff is the Managing Director | NSW, responsible for Charter Keck Cramer’s New South Wales operations, in addition to being an establishment member of the Executive Leadership Team.
Having spent 10 years working within Charter Keck Cramer’s Melbourne based Advisory team, Bennett relocated to Sydney in 2014 to establish and lead the Sydney office; at the time Charter Keck Cramer’s first office outside of Melbourne.
Since this time, Bennett has led the expansion of the Sydney office to now include market leading teams across Advisory, Residential & Mixed-Use Development Valuations, Commercial Valuations, Prestige Residential Valuations, Accommodation & Solutions Group and Research.
Bennett specialises in the areas of transaction advisory, joint venture structuring, acquisition mandates, detailed feasibility analysis, development site due diligence and highest and best use assessments with particular specialisation in residential and mixed-use development and the commercial office sector.
A results driven and outcomes focussed professional, Bennett provides property solutions to a diverse range of clients including Real Estate Investment Trusts, corporates, Government, private property developers and investors, financiers, fund managers and not-for-profit organisations.
Bennett holds Commerce (finance) and Property & Construction degrees from the University of Melbourne.
